Today we start our day with a little Brian Eno. Here Come the Warm Jets is a classic record (but you already knew that). Get into it on your next long drive somewhere.

Courtesy of the lovely Mary Meyer, here is a perfect libation for your warm spring nights (or days, you know, we don’t judge over here. It’s always tequil-o-clock somewhere, right?).

You will need:
- Thinly cut lime wedges
- Delicious espresso grounds
- Sugar!
- Tequila

Get a little plate and put coffee grounds on one side and sugar on the other, this will make it easier to coat the lime wedges. Put coffee on one side and sugar on the other, and make sure it all gets covered! Pour yourself a shot of tequila and then go for it! After the shot, suck on the lime wedge and make sure you do it coffee side down. Mmmm good!
