Movies have now become a staple among brands that want to go beyond in portraying their aesthetic and message for each season. Not one to stay behind, Alexander Wang has assembled a dream team for his Fall 2010 movie. Shot by Craig McDean, styled by Karl Templer with Fabien Baron in the creative director’s chair, the movie is 54 seconds of pure wind-fueled adrenaline.

Wonderwood

On Friday night we received a shipment of Comme des Garcons fragrances and among them was their new scent Wonderwood, for the person ” who loves wood more than words could say” (we are not making a that’s what she said joke about that, by the way…). All of us kids that work here have taken to wearing the scent and so we are now dubbing it part of the unofficial “OAK uniform”. The scent is very masculine but that isn’t stopping us ladies from spraying it on! This one won’t last on the shelves for long, that’s for sure.
As a bonus treat, here’s the movie that the Brothers Quay did back in March for the official release of the fragrance. It perfectly fits the “hippie vibes” some of us are feeling for this summer.
